The property is locally owned by Tide N Tiger, LLC. The name for the LLC comes from the members affiliation and support for the Alabama Crimson Tide and Missouri Tigers.
Its members are long time Columbia residents Rob and Christi Wolverton, and Bert and Kim Hughes. Rob Wolverton is a licensed realtor with the state of Missouri. You will often see the owners at the property interacting with the residences and working to maintain the great Green Meadows Rentals lifestyle.
