Rent
Rent is deducted via the ACH information you have provided TYPICALLY on the 5th of the month. If the 5th falls on the weekend, we will deduct the rent on the next business day. You will receive an email notification from the bank advising you of the deduction date.
Maintenance
PLEASE NOTE THAT NON-EMERGENCY REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED AFTER THE AUGUST 1ST LEASING PERIOD BEGINS. ALL EMERGENCY REQUESTS WILL BE RESPONDED TO.
